    DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!! I lost a whole day of work waiting on a technician to look at my refrigerator. My appt was originally scheduled between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm then changed to 5:00 pm - 6:15 pm then changed to 6:15 pm -8:15 pm.     Purchased a new Kenmore water softener in March of 2016 along with the protection plan. To replace a Kenmore water softener that we had bought earlier. Needed to have the annual maintenance done along with a check of the salt indicator light.     My elderly mother called Sears to have her Washing Machine fixed. They told her that she should get a warranty policy instead. They said it would be better.     Repairman came as scheduled had the parts, fixed some of the problem for $400 on a 12 year old frig and left. He forgot to hook up the water feed to the icemaker after he changed the module.     Have a 46inch lawn tractor with 22hp koler engine. This us is lest that 2 years old. I bought the extended warrenty. I know a spindle is bad because the blade has way to much play.     I bought a 48 inch 24 hp lawn tractor and my nightmare began.The manager insisted that it had no issues and of course there is a problem.     Made the appointment online on Tuesday to have a washing machine repaired. Earliest appointment that fit my work schedule was Friday.     One of Sears repair trucks (license 57472B1) was parked blocking part of my driveway when I got home (Sacramento CA 95822) on 3/14/2015 at approx. 4:30 PM. No driver was in it.     Bought a kenmore over the range microwave oven in September. 2014 from Sears. And in October, 2014 It started to spark and smelled like it was burning up.     Arranged a service call over their website. They didn't show on the day arranged, and no call. The next day, the repairman came and replaced the coils. He said the vent needs cleaning (the flex vent at the back). Why wouldn't he clean it while he was there?     I waited 4 days for a technician to come and assess my not functioning washing machine. After ten minutes he indicated I needed a sensor and mother board. At a cost of $704.97!
