Customer Service Call - Extended Protection Plan


I called Sears for Repair on my Refrigerator on 2/25 and the could not get a scheduled appointment until 3/4 (one week later) between the hours of 12-4 p.m. I scheduled the appointment and give the representative a contact number as my job. I work 5 minutes away from my home. I called Sears Home Repair on 3/4 at 8:30 a.m. to check the status of my service, the representative said everything was ok and they had my contact number listed for them to call. I called Sears Home repair again at 2:00 p.m. because I had yet to hear from the Technican, once again I was told everything was fine. I decided to leave work and go home where I arrived at 2:45 p.m. and I see a card attached to my door from the sears techician. When I called the Sears Home repair service I was told once again everything was fine and then I explained to them that their Technician DAMONZ ID#523266 left a card on my door. Then the representative needed to put me on hold and then she comes back to explain to me that she has rescheduled my appt for 3/12 (1 week and 1 day later). I asked to speak to a Supervisor and was put on hold for 25 minutes before someone would come to the phone. Sharon answered the phone with an attitude and really could careless about the incident and the only thing she could do was give me an appt. for 3/8 if I wanted that. Lesson learned never another service contract from Sears because the service you receive after the have your money is awful. I tried to give Sharon, the supervisor the Technician ID # and name but she was not interested.
