I scheduled a repair service with Sears for our wall oven. The tech arrived, took one picture and said we needed a new oven and that it could not be fixed. The service charge was $75. Do yourself a favor and go to Apsco if you have one nearby. I bought a new heating element for our oven for $32. Apsco only charges $60 to come out and look at your appliance and will actually fix it!!
