Not honoring Maintenance


On Monday June 20, 2011 our Sears Kenmore refrigerator stopped working and the contents have spoiled. Sears Home Repair Service was called. We were told someone would be here to service our fridge on TUes. June 21.2011 between 1 PM and 5 PM. At 4:30PM we were called and told service was cancelled and the next available appointment would be Tues. June 28, 2011. Since then we have been on the phone with Sears Reps. Charlie, Crystal, Jacqueline who would not commit to an appointment. We have 9 (NINE) Sears appliances, under service contract with Sears that Sears is failing to honor. We are extremely disappointed that Sears doesn't value their service contracts or customers. We need this issue resolved quickly.
