called sears repair 4 times. 3 of the times i was suppose to have appt for them to service my unit,they couldnt find where i had called. 4 th time finally someone came out. we are adding on to our house and have no water outside so they cant service my unit. said it was my problem. there is a car wash 2 miles from my house but i have no one to get it out of window to take it. i paid sears for the master protection plan and i have to do the service. dont think so. tech just looked at it and said he would be back in a week if i had water outside for him. sorry service......
