Sears...unfair and deceptive business practice - Whirlpool Microwave


I bought a Whirlpool Microwave. It broke within the first year and Sears service department did not fix it properly. It broke again 3 months later. We asked for a new microwave as our unit was clearly defective. They told us they would replace it if it broke a third time. Well it broke again! They are now telling us the warranty is over and they can't help us. They should have replaced it the other two times it broke! It is a lemon and now we are stuck without a microwave. This is against MGL chapter 93A which makes it unlawful to practice unfair and deceptively. Sears was VERY deceptive. They insisted they would replace it the 3rd time and then refused due to warranty. The microwave is only a couple of years old and has caused us more grief than I thought possible. Don't buy whirlpool and don't buy at SEARS!!!!!!!!!
