Terrible service and rude technician - washing machine repair
Made the appointment online on Tuesday to have a washing machine repaired. Earliest appointment that fit my work schedule was Friday. They called late Friday afternoon to say they didn't have the part and would have to reschedule. The technician was quite rude and laughed at my dilemma. I called the 800 number. Call center employee said they would have to reschedule. When I asked for her manager she argued with me for a minute and then couldn't find a manager to talk to me. Never call these people. I am extremely dissatisfied.
