I have a compliant I have been a Sears customer for 15 years I bought 11 refrigatr 7 electric rangesm 2 gas, 2 riding lawn mowers. 3 push and 2 dishwasher and 2 set of washer dryer. I had service plans on all expect the dryer and washer I purchased in nOV. I call sears and talked with a techian and told him about how the dryer was burning my hands when I toch the stove this was in dec. in March I called again with the same problem they came out in 3 days and put in a thermostat it was a warranty item. they came back today to see what was happening and discovered that the top of the dryer was 100 and the side was 150 degress. I was told they will replace 2 thermostat and a heating coil. this is going to cost sears more than the cost of the dryer. So I asked to have it reploace. I was told that theyhave tho have 4 compliants. so now they have 3 I only need one more.I have always had good luck with kenmore prodicts and will continue to use them. I just concern that the dryer will cause a house fire and i DO not want to lose my home I have worked and pay for. Sears make it right with this loyal customer.
