our home burned to the ground in '08 we lost everything we rebuilt and bought all of our appliances from sears we even bought their extended warranty now that I need to have some repair work done sears is a no show and we keep getting lied to and we are given the run around they promised us great repair service but have not delivered they have repeatedly missed scheduled appts or have not been able to fix due to not having the part(which I believe is on purpose) I live in Indiana and have seen the complaints across the country I think what I am going to do is go to the local sears stand in the appliance section and personally greet every customer who comes to look for new appliances-tell the potential customers just how great sears extended services are. It is time we little people stand up for what is right. getting the runaround is NOT the way to do business shame on you sears
