I saw your comment here and I wanted to reach out and apologize on behalf of Sears for the difficulties that have occurred with the repair of your appliance. I understand how inconvenient it can be to be scheduled for an appointment and our technician was a no show. Furthermore, I can see how important is to you to be promised excellent repair work and not be able to complete the service due to parts delay.
