Incomplete repair

Repairman came as scheduled had the parts, fixed some of the problem for $400 on a 12 year old frig and left. He forgot to hook up the water feed to the icemaker after he changed the module. Getting him back has been a nightmare . The National # has no control over the repair people other than a cellphone, which they won't call. They can only make a new appointment 7 days out.
A proud company has truly become a KMart operation. Bring in the Clowns.
