WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - Refrigerator

CALLED TO HAVE MY REFRIGERATOR FIXED, WAS TOLD A TECHNICIAN WOULD COME OUT THE FOLLOWING MONDAY, (CALLED IT IN ON A WEDNESDAY), I CALLED MONDAY MORNING FOR AN ESTIMATED TIME, AND WAS TOLD THE TECHNICIAN HAD CALLED IN SICK. WAS RESCHEDULED FOR A DATE A MONTH OUT. RIDICULOUS! WILL NEVER BUY FROM SEARS AGAIN, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
