Sears Home Appliance Protection Agreement is worthless
Washing machine stopped working last week. Called for service appointment and was scheduled for today. Service tech did not show. Called the scheduling number, spoke to some person in a foreign country with terrible English that informed me "So sorry, technician no come today, come next Friday". When i tried to ask why I wasn't informed of the cancellation there was not reply except foe "Sorry for inconvenience". Asked to speak to a supervisor, was on hold for 15 minutes to finally reach a person whose English was even worse and I could not understand. Lousy customer service especially considering the huge premium that I paid.
