Sears Repair is Horrible - Samsung dishwasher - Sears Repair


Thinking this was a big, reputable company, we got them to look at our broken Samsung dishwasher. A black guy with an almost-not-understandable accent came out at the end of the day, and he was clearly exhausted. He said our dishwasher needed a certain part, but he couldn't remember the name of it since he was so tired. He said the repair would cost $400, but that we should just buy a new appliance for that amount. He also said he couldn't pull the dishwasher out since it could cause cabinet damage, and only a customer could do that. He charged sixty bucks for this ridiculous run-around. When we called the company they backed him.
