Sears frig repair - Kenmore Elite Refrigerator Sears


I called with what seemed to be an ice maker problem approximately 7/17 to get an appointment. I was told earliest appointment for a warranty holder was 7/29. Complained and it was moved to 7/28. Then the frig started making horrible noises and I realized nothing was cold and my freezer was full of soupy messes. Called repeatedly and was told they could not help, despite no refrigeration. Today the repairman shows up and has no part that can fix it and does not have the ability to fix it anyway. I was rescheduled for 8/13 and only after I asked was told that the part SHOULD be delivered to my house. I will go about ONE MONTH without a frig in my home! His response and anyone I have talked to? Sorry.
