Let me start by saying I have used and loved Sears appliance and service for years. I even was a fan of their warranties. No more, I counted on them after numerous emails confirming my service appointment, they unilaterally cancelled it the dayof for an error in the problem as written by their customer service agent. No phone call to confirm made to either me or the customer service team. Just cancelled. And when I called they seemed very nonchalant about why I would be irate on St Patrick's Day, when I cannot now cook my corned beef after waiting 3 days for appointment and 4 hours sitting around house for them to simply cancel. Now I have to go a whole weekend until they have room in their schedule. And honestly, I beleive their customer service center is in India and I am talking to someone who has no clue or empathy. No, I will go elsewhere. Horrible Sears. We are parting ways!
