LG Refrigerator Broken - LG Refrigerator
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!! I lost a whole day of work waiting on a technician to look at my refrigerator. My appt was originally scheduled between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm then changed to 5:00 pm - 6:15 pm then changed to 6:15 pm -8:15 pm. Each time I called to see if the technician was still coming I was told he's in route, he'll call when on the way, he'll be there in 30 minutes. I called at 9:00 pm, uh he's on the way. My last call was placed at 9:45 pm they stated the technician is still coming he ran into some difficulties, I asked who in the Hell comes to someone house 10pm to fix a refrigerator then they offer us to rescheduled. REALLY!
First of all they never call, not once to state the tech ran into issues. I called this company at least 7x, they never offered any type of compensation only after I got an aggressive tone then a $20.00 gift card I declined and asked for a manager who was worst them the original caller who offer 20% off of $75.00 which is less then the original $20.00 gift card. The next appt offered 3 weeks later. I'm canceling my service. AGAIN, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY
