I have a 6 month old KitchenAid dishwasher purchased through Sears.. The pump went on the 8th of July 2015. I called that day for warranty repair. They could not repair it till July 24th between 8am-12noon. I took off work and confirmed the day before that we would be here. The repair man called the morning of 24th. I was doing yard work outside and missed the call. Because I didn't answer that call. The repair man never came. When I called wanting to know where the repair man was. I was told that he knocked on my door and no one was home. That don't happen. He would have to walk by me to get to my front door. I asked when the repairs could be done now. Not till August 7th. One month to wait for repair. I can't call another person to repair because of the warranty. I will never buy from Sears again.
