sears extended warranty services - maytag , whirlppol
wish i had read this before buying the services ---keep sending out unqualified men to fix; the "lemon " law provison is useless as long as they keep sending out guys to fix --miraculously the 4th guy out fixes it so they do not have to provide new item --then works ok for year or so ; same thing breaks and you start the clock running again --the last guy's answer was to unplug the fridge to "reboot it"---now there is a great fix for which i paid thru the nose for.
we are on out 3rd cook top ---we never dropped anything to cause the breaks. after arguing with them for new on finally had them fix--I know the item is not there fault for mfg so poorly----but the aggravaion telling the tech you raally did not do it --is more than 1 can bear.
initial contacts always pleasant and full of sorrow for the problem then you have to wait for 3 weeks to get someone out and that starts the problem all over with techs competants"
not only would not use again ,tell you friends and enemies to avoid like the prlgue
