NEVER CALL SEARS HOME REPAIR SERVICES - Washer Repair
I had a problem with my washer and was schedule to get it repaired on 8/20 the technician got here and was here early but kept leaving because he "needed some parts" he was here for about 3 hours and diagnosed the problem which was the band just needed to get replaced. They are supposed to have all their tools with them i don't know why he didn't. I had errands to run and couldn't leave because he was still at my home. I payed so they could order the part and the rest of the fees so he schedule me for 8/28. They got here on that day early and AGAIN the technician had to keep leaving because he didn't have all his tools he came back about 3 hours later. He got here and took forever to replace the band then he told me that i needed to replace a pump so he had to order it and wasn't going to come until the week after and that was going to cost me another 80$. TERRIBLE SERVICE! Do not hire them they just steal your money and time! I told him that i didn't want anything and wanted a refund of what I had already paid. They just keep dragging the problem to the next they just want to keep charging you! I just hired someone local and they fixed my problem in no time and for more than half the price on the same day!
