Horrible Service
Over a week ago I've scheduled an appointment to service my washer this Saturday between 1 and 5pm. Stayed home fro 12 to 6pm, no one showed and no one called me.
Sears claims that that were at my house but no one wa on, which is a lie.
No apologies for wasting my Saturday, instead Sears offers another appointment 16 days from now.
Horrible, horrible service and dishonest employees. Stay far away from this place!!!
