Landlord - dryer takes a very long time to dry (hours) - GE Dryer
Arranged a service call over their website. They didn't show on the day arranged, and no call.
The next day, the repairman came and replaced the coils. He said the vent needs cleaning (the flex vent at the back). Why wouldn't he clean it while he was there? I called and they told me that there are two different departments - repairs department and a cleaning department. They would be happy to arrange a cleaning for me for another $89, for something that should have been done the first time. I won't be doing business with them again, and I own a lot of appliances.
