Sears Broken Washing Machine

I waited 4 days for a technician to come and assess my not functioning washing machine. After ten minutes he indicated I needed a sensor and mother board. At a cost of $704.97! I scheduled for him to return three days later with a second tech to do the repair (and lower the dryer which is stacked on the washer). Took off half a day of work. No one showed. 13 phone calls with multiple transfers and 3 disconnections and 2 no call backs after being promised a call back, now they say they can't find my order and record of prepaying. THIS IS THE WORST SYSTEM EVER. DO NOT EVER GIVE SEARS REPAIR SERVICE YOUR BUSINESS.
